A jewelry designer and goldsmith for over 30 years, Micky’s artistic inspiration comes from her love of nature, her appreciation of organic materials, and the beauty of the Finger Lakes region itself.
Collections like the Twig Collection and her Wrinkle Rings are iconic in and around Ithaca, and it is not uncommon to hear “Oh, that’s a Micky Roof” or “Oh, you have a wrinkle ring, too”. With an eye for rare and unique gemstones, and a flair for design, Micky has been creating custom pieces that rival some of the big names in jewelry. She uses only the finest precious and semi-precious gems and gemstones, fresh water pearls, and Australian opals.
